Hey guys, I've been floating in and out of flatlines for a while but I heard this is normal. But throughout the day , I get flashbacks of porn when I see girls or even think about them. Is this bad for my reboot/rewire? I'm trying to do both, and I heard for rewire having physical contact with women is good but thinking about them is bad. I haven't watched porn for about 3 months and Im trying to stay on track to a good reboot. Also, if I think about having sex with a girl is that bad ? I have a friend and she's really attractive and I've had a few dreams about her sexually but I don't know if I should stop thinking about her. Anyone know what to do?

Flash backs of porn/thinking about it can set you back.
If you think of those, try thinking of something else, what I read in the ebook (and thought was quite useful) is to imagine a big red cross over it with a loud sound.
It may sound weird but you'll get used to it
Imagining/dreaming of real girls is a good thing! (as long as your fantasies are real and not porn related)
The goal is to rewire your brain back to normal girls, it shouldn't become something you do constantly but it's not bad at all

The last time I looked at porn was July 15, so I've been trying to stay good. I had a few hiccups but I don't think u would call them relaspes. & I had PIED really bad at first. I'm trying to rewire and reboot. So imagining having sex with women is good ? Or as long as it isn't porn related? Can u define that man? Thankx for the response by the way!

After all, we are rewiring our brains to be attracted to real woman and not woman on a screen
