Hey everyone-newbie to the forum. I'm in my mid 50's, very fit/healthy and abstained from masturbation and sex for two months. I was masturbating to porn on average 10x/week and have been doing so for 10 years. Like many, I could only ejaculate from porn and/or had very delayed ejaculation's or none during sex. Over the last month, I've been with a woman and noticed my erections for the first time were not as hard,/longer and hurt predominantly in the shaft and a little sensitive in the head. I had taken Cialis three times I was with her and thought there might be some odd side effect but that wasn't the case. I had sex with her last weekend, no Cialis and have even masturbated a few times since then with similar painful results. So, having sex and/or masturbating is essentially hurting and very uncomfortable.
Anyone else have similar issues? Is it "re-training" blood flow, nerve endings, etc.? It's pretty disheartening for someone who has been very sexual for a long time. I've researched the internet, had a urine test and saw a Urologist and I know it's not an STD, disease, etc.
I appreciate any insight, remedies, etc.
