Now that I have been off alcohol for 2 years and 9 months, I see that alcohol was only one of my solutions to my real problem. I have a broken reward system, and I search out whatever gives me that dopamine push. Porn was another solution to my problem (s). I have not used porn for over 3 months, but the tendency to do so is always there. I guess it always will be. I want to live a life of integrity.
