I’ve been rebooting for awhile I started 2 years ago but I would always keep relapsing, no matter what I kept trying and eventually got better at it, I kept going on longer streaks and would find myself making progress. However I always noticed how unhappy I was and how bad I felt. There was never a day where I felt genuinely happy. I’ve done research about dopamine and how it effects my sexual functions and my mood. I’ve seen so many posts about how music is bad for dopamine but also good and how t.v. And social media are bad and I’m just curious if anybody is going through what I am and how they were able to fix this. And does my dopamine come back later on in my reboot and nofap journey?I just need advice on how I can kind of fix my dopamine receptors and become genuinely happy again.
