dopamine and pied questions

I’ve been rebooting for awhile I started 2 years ago but I would always keep relapsing, no matter what I kept trying and eventually got better at it, I kept going on longer streaks and would find myself making progress. However I always noticed how unhappy I was and how bad I felt. There was never a day where I felt genuinely happy. I’ve done research about dopamine and how it effects my sexual functions and my mood. I’ve seen so many posts about how music is bad for dopamine but also good and how t.v. And social media are bad and I’m just curious if anybody is going through what I am and how they were able to fix this. And does my dopamine come back later on in my reboot and nofap journey?I just need advice on how I can kind of fix my dopamine receptors and become genuinely happy again.

It's a complex problem, as you know, not everyone will have the same effect or results. I will tell you, however, from being completely free from PMO that your libido will return to normal, whatever that was pre-porn use. However, that will also depend on what age you first started using.

Life is beautiful as it really is, not as we assume it has to be. It seems to me that you are reading a lot of nonsense on the Internet. Happiness is a passing state, like sadness, anger, pleasure, tiredness etc..... Human life and that of many other species is much more than dopamine. The brain and mind are much more than dopamine. Be careful what you read on the internet. The Internet and even these forums were full of nonsense ideas on many occasions. take advantage of life and youth and forget about the word dopamine, please. And last piece of advice: stay away from porn.
