Hey guys,
I've written a couple posts before so a couple of u might know me. I am rebooting and rewiring because I had severe PIED. At first, I was all always depressed because I felt like my dick was never going to work again and your own thoughts start to eat u alive. I'm in college now, so u could imagine how hard it is not to succumb to temptation here. Is anyone else experiencing flatlines fading in and out throughout their reboot? How do u guys deal with the mental battles if u experience any ? If u guys got advice I would greatly appreciate it !!

Hey bud!

When I'm in a lack of motivation (which I'll honestly say barley ever happens) I used to read the ybop e-book, it's full of pieces of journals and a lot of information
which is really good to know what you're doing it for.

I also personally love to read other people their journals and/or success stories, it makes me feel like I'm not alone in this and there are a lot of people facing the same feelings I'm experiencing.
It's also a good way because you can see what improvements they're feeling, of course everyone is different but when you can relate to it or might think: "Hey I want to feel that improvement too" you know you have to keep holding on. Nobody wants to go back to that awful time before they started rebooting, know your  cause!

At last but not least, once my father told me as he quit smoking (which is to me also a very difficult addiction to over come), when you feel the urge to go back you just have to hold on no matter the cost and the urges will disappear again and you will be able to feel really proud, if you do fail you won't feel very good.
In our case, you'll relapse and you'll only make it harder for yourself to get back at the point where you are now!

Last but not least, keep yourself occupied!
This does not mean you have to spent all the remaining energy you have left, since most of that energy is probably going to your college but try something else that grabs your interests.
Try reading a book you like, so it's not a burden from what you already have to read, maybe try meditating or you name it!
Just keep away the triggers!

Stay strong buddy and believe in yourself!
