When you are peeing - flex the muscle to stop yourself peeing. Do this several times to get a feel for it ( it's not good to do too often, just to learn the muscle)
Then simply exercise this muscle -it can be triggering to mo - so I'd reccomend doing it say when you are out of the house and won't be home for awhile ( in a location where you can not mo or p). Anyways, you can just do 15 seconds holds with 5 seconds rest, work up to doing 10 of them.
