So a little bit of backstory just so people get where I'm coming from.
1) Before reboot had very bad case of PIED, could only get erect and orgasm to porn, little response when with girlfriend. (am 20y/o virgin with little sexual experience btw)
2) Very little sensitivity all over penis, to cum had to be watching porn and using death grip.
3) No morning wood, no spontaneous erections, orgasms very weak, little ejaculation fluids.
4) Addicted to porn, mostly softcore/bikini videos, would PMO 1-3 times a day. I had to every single day, it was a real addiction.
After 100 days of HARD MODE NO PMO I had noticed a lot of improvements: (full details on thread I posted above)
1) Kicked the porn addiction completely.
2) Much more responsive to touch alone.
3) Several wet dreams throughout reboot.
4) Morning wood is stronger.
5) More spontaneous erections.
I would say on day 100 I felt like I was around 70-80% cured of my PIED. I had read from some users that masturbating to orgasm after extended abstinence (in my case 100 days) could be beneficial to see if you have made any progress. So I decided to have a go, no porn, no fantasy, no death grip, just light strokes to see if I had made any progress.
Masturbating before reboot:
1) Had to be visually stimulated for any response.
2) No response to touch alone.
3) Had to use death grip, arm would ache from jerking it.
4) Would take 10-20 mins to O.
5) Erections would only get to about 70% apart from during O where it seemed to reach 100%.
6) Only a little bit of semen would come out during ejaculation.
7) Os were short and weak.
First time masturbating after 100 days HARD MODE NO PMO reboot
1) Lasted 10 seconds before O'ing to touch alone.
2) Orgasm came before my penis could get fully erect it was so quick.
3) Orgasm was amazing, unlike anything I'd had in years since before I started masturbating, lasted much longer than before and a lot more ejaculation fluid came out.
4) No sudden urge to watch porn like I'd read about, if anything that made me never want to go back to porn again even more, the orgasm was so much better!
Some people might look at this and think so are you going to start masturbating regularly again? Well, the answer is no. Although the orgasm was amazing and unlike anything I'd had in a while I don't want to slip back into being a compulsive masturbator again. I'd rather save myself for my girlfriend (she is studying abroad and will be back late December)!
Seeing as the opinions on MO'ing without porn seem to be so split with the community what do people think about MO'ing after a long period of abstinence? Will it help or hinder my full reboot?
