Hi there fellow addicts. I last looked at porn on the 14 July 2014. I am amazed that i have managed to stay away from it but can honestly say that i dont feel the urge to look at it any more. i will admit that on three occassions during this period I have MO. I dont know why as the sex with Mrs Little179 has improved heaps due to my ability to maintain erections throughout the intimacy which was nice for a change. They urge to MO is there because I have slacked off with my walking and have found that the urges have snuck back in to MO when before, there were no urges. All i can say to those who are beginning this journey, fill the space that the porn has left with something else, something good for you not bad. You will find that the space when filled cannot be filled with porn anymore. Sounds abit out there i know, but it works for me. As for the computer, come here every day and read.
