Hey,
I joined the forum about 2-3 years ago with the intention of quitting porn addiction completely but I was active here for a very short duration of time after that I went on a journey to quit it by myself I tried every possible way I did whatever I could but it still didn't help i had a lot growth in the past few years after I decided to quit but everytime I tried to, I fell short sometime it's 20 days without it sometimes it's only 3 days, well I am not good at daily journals so I might not be able to post what I am.doing everyday but I will keep post about all of my relapses and urges here for sure
And to everyone who is struggling with this addiction just Remember we can do it, we will do it
