Hey Guys! Looks like my addiction has gone too far this time around . I have lost complete libido and arousal after this masturbation . My brain is doing weird things like zapping sensations on the top of my head . It’s horrible . I’m getting an MRI on my brain sometime soon . I’ve lost hope . Can anybody relate ?

It´s good that you´re getting an MRI, but it could be neuropathic because of a nerve entrapment caused by your neck muscles being too tight. You´d need physio to fix that. Also work on your head posture with chin-in exercises (google it).
Have you done streaks of no pmo lately? I´d suggest to start a journal in the journal section because it seems like you´re understanding that porn is not helping you in any way.
