I used K9 porn blocker when I was quitting. It will not fix you, but it works, when you understand it, as a reminder not to look for P, which is so easy to do. It won't stop you from getting to P if you are determined, but it works as an effective reminder that you are training your brain to live without P and the dopamine rush it brings.

I believe K-9 was purchased by a competitor-for-profit, and not updated.

I use one called Cold Turkey (Chrome). It works very well, but unfortunately you have to build up a blocklist of sites. As Billy T Kidd points out, it mainly works as a reminder that you're wasting your time with porn.
