Hey guys,
I’m 34 years old, and I struggle with PIED even though I can manage to get a “decent” erection for intercourse. I think I want to rule out if any my issues can be contributed to testosterone levels because since 2014 when I started PMOing I’ve had periods where that’s all I did particularly between 2014 and I’d say 2019, and then 2020 to present where I didn’t and saw sex workers and was able to have sex but still struggle with going soft, not be able to fully enjoy the sensations of sex because of PIED. I’ve decided this year I’m going commit to not looking at anything sexual ever again(day 14), and seeing if that helps. The longest I’ve ever gone with orgasm(via sexual contact not masturbation is two months). The thought of going 6 months - 1 year without having sex is something I dread because it would leave a real void in my life but I may have to do it unfortunately. Anyway what tests should I ask my doctor to do, just so I can see where I’m at physically.
