Hello guys,

Please, is it possible to say that somebody is fully recovered before having sex ?

I found here many stories and posts but mostly from recoveries that are in progress.
So how can we know that we are ready ?
If I will be kissing girl and I will have erection that means that I'm ready for sex and I don't need to be worried?


My issue is probably bit different, I'm horny when I'm with girl but after even small contact I have pretty big cum/precum leaking(even without bigger erection). More I leak than more I'm less aroused and my flatness is total.

If you aren't able to achieve a full erection with a girl, your problem is very similar to all of our! Most of the pornography addicts on this site have varying degrees of erectile dysfunction, some worse than others. I wouldn't really be too concerned about the pre-cum - I highly doubt that has relationship to the erectile dysfunction you are experiencing. Pre-cum is very normal, and even a large amount of it occurring before orgasm isn't unusual.

The best way you know you are recovered is if you are able to have sex without an erection problems. If you can do that, you're almost certainly cured! There are positive indicators of recovery, but they don't guarantee that you are recovered...they just indicate that you closing in on the goal. These indicators are things like frequent morning wood, spontaneous erections, mood improvements, etc.

I can only speak from my experience with regaining the ability of having sex regularly;
I still couldn't get a mean hard-on but it was hard enough to penetrate and stroke. And at first, I was busting nuts
rather quickly. It was embarrassing because I've had a reputation of going on and on between the sheets before PIED.
So it's normal. I don't get leakage though.
