Concerned about finishing too fast

I just posted this on my journal, but thought it might justify an independent thread to get some wisdom and experience from you all.

I am on Day Eleven. I am finding myself worrying about cumming far too quickly (ie. instantly) when I next hook up with a girl. Which is likely to be in the next couple of weeks. I am tempted to have a "strategic wank" (without porn) in order to take the edge off. But I am concerned that that might undo the progress being made on the reboot. Or I could tell the girl that I am taking a break from "self-help", and that things might go very quickly the first time, and see if she wants to be involved with it. I'd welcome advice on this.

How have you dealt with this? I imagine it is something many people deal with on a reboot. Thanks!

Wouldn't worry about it.  Fix one thing at a time.  There's lots of ways to deal with PE, the first being to not get too wrapped up about it.  As for the rest, it's easy enough to research, but you may want to be patient with that if it's going to be a PMO trigger.

I've had this problem before. Just tell the chick she's really hot and she'll feel more flattered instead of unsatisfied. Then, you know do your best to pleasure her in other ways. When you feel up for sex again, you'll probably last longer. Good luck!
