I haven't been watching porn but when i'm watching tv shows and a sexy scene occurs (not sex) it does arouse me a bit. I have masturbated twice (60 days in one on day 55 one on day 58) over women i know. I know thats wrong but i don't/haven't had a girlfriend and quite frankly the stuff they are wearing they are asking for it. Anyways does that count as a relapse i mean i managed to masturbate without adding any kind of porn element into it (i also use to watch quite extreme things bare that in mind so this is very mild compared to what really caused my porn induced ED). My delayed ejaculation has gone although when i masturbated i did need a bit of extra force to ejaculate (i do have some kind of death grip i think mainly due to hard grip but also very tight foreskin probable made it worse).
Thanks alot guys!
I'm guessing maybe a week or so set back/hoping? Bare in mind i was not masturbating while getting aroused over the things on the tv and it was very basic stuff e.g women bending over etc/she was teasing a little.

It's only a relapse if you intentionally seek out artificial sexual stimulation. Accidentally coming across something doesn't count. As far as masturbating to real women...that's not a relapse but it might set you back a bit. Remember that the longer you can withhold orgasm, the faster your reboot will be. It also depends on when you started using porn because if you've wired your brain to porn from a young age, it's very hard to distinguish between porn and masturbation.

The masturbation was from previous experiences e.g one of them bending over. I started abusing porn really at around 16 i am now 18. Not sure that counts as really young but i did defiantly remember masturbating alot of real women alot of the time. It was only when i got my laptop i really started watching porn. I'm now circumcised due to medical reasons so i don't really have any urges to masturbate anymore, all i can do really is shake the bottom of my penis.

You should be fine. The only rule is that you cannot INTENTIONALLY seek out artificial sexual stimulation. You can masturbate if you'd like but, personally, I prefer to stay away from it because it usually causes me to fantasize about porn which eventually leads me to actually relapsing.
