Hi everyone:
two questions:
1. Im just asking during the rebalance period, is that possible to masturbate, because I will feel so unset and hunger if I don't masturbate for more than 10 days (even can not fall into sleep for a whole night). I watched the youtube video and I know this addiction is due to over stimulate to the brain. If I masturbate and I do not watch any porn and I do not imagine or fantasy any, my brain will not be stimulated?

2. I want to get rid of porn because there is some change of myself I just wondering if this is because porn or masturbate. I start regular masturbate at age 16 and now im 22. During these years I masturbate once a week (some times 2 times a week). Before masturbate, I always look at some really **** pictures and after I went to university I looking pictures and videos.
Things changed last year, I start to feel social anxiety and gradually I pretty easy feel like sleeping every day. Its not just sleepy, my head feel so uncomfortable and tired and brain fog. I can not reading easily, since my brain is soo muddled. Usually the first 2 hours after I woke up is good, but after 2 hours, my whole person just feel tired, sleepy, muddled, I can hardly think.
Im just wondering, if this problems is due to porn use? It sounds like a simple problem, maybe I just do not have good sleep, but I don't think so, cuz almost every day from the past 1 year I have the feeling I just described. I don't have any sickness and I am pretty healthy and strong and I like sports. so the only thing I doubt about is porn use. Can someone give me advice what to do? I want to change my life I don't want to be a sleepy ****. I just can not do anything but feeling sleepy now!! Help me please! Thanks!!

I will respond to you.
My personal experience and advice is that porn or ANY picture of anything sexually explicit, including nude women, cartoons of nude women, bikini women and anything that is not a real woman. So get rid of these images and do not look for them. Nothing. None.
Masturbation has never been the problem. Think about it. If you play with yourself until hard and continue until you ejaculate, total time can be 2 to 10 minutes. Then you're done, life's tasks continue.
However, with porn you view picture after picture thus developing a resistance to the lesser explicit stuff. You go to video and the same thing happens. 1 or 2 or 4 hours later you ejaculate after masturbation and you tire and move on.
There are great things you can do and great people to talk to during those 4 hours of porn.
My opinion is that during the reboot phase, do not masturbate for 2 weeks (perhaps there is a better time more or less time?)
After this 2 week time, if you do masturbate,(assuming you are not in a marriage or girlfriend relationship) you should do it by hand (this I heard from the experts) and limit your thoughts to the stimulation, kind of like getting a good back rub and you feel the muscles getting rubbed out, only that masturbation results in the inevitable. I'm not sure about the frequency of manual stimulation by hand, but without any porn to look at, your desperateness will decline over time.
 
Lee, your change in energy levels could have something to do with porn, but if I were you I would also evaluate your diet and exercise habits.  Clean eating and regular exercise can do wonders for brain fog and sluggishness.  Just my opinion.

Yea thanks, but im a person who pretty like sports, I go to the gym regularly. The only thing that I have is i eat only meats all kinds of: beef etc... maybe thats why

Try chicken and turkey. Protein powders and the new stuff, like hemp and flax as additives in cereal, etc. Diet and exercise is part of the whole picture.
