So this is my first time making an account online seeking help for my PIED. I'm 26 years old and have been watching hardcore porn for ten years. i've been fighting to quit for too long and decided this might help keep me from pmo. I relapsed last night and feel serious anxiety and depression(as always after a relapse) and thought this journal might help.
