I've been reading everyones stories.  If you're feeling depressed or down try to pick up a Healthy hobby, such as running.

A "Runners high" is a real thing and it feels awesome!  Plus it's a healthy habit that's also a time sink.

Running and working out  ++++  Do it!    :eek:
