Hey guys, first of all, I'm more than glad that I have found this page.
My story: I watched porn since I'm 12. And I guess I suffered from DE since I'm 13. I had my first blowjob with 13 years old and I wasn't able to come till I thought about porn, while she gave me head. I know, this is YEARS ago, but I never forgot that.
Apart from that I was never addicted to porn in a way that I wasn't able to controle it. I loved that shit and there was no reason for me at all to stop watching porn, till I reaslied, that my erection problems were porn related. Therefore I had no problems at all with not watching porn while I was rebooting. I didn't even have a flatline.
My situation: I suffer(ed) from ED and DE. Therefore I started a reboot in August, no masturbation, no porn. At that point I had sex regularly. Almost every time, it was impossible for me to get an erection with a condom. It worked a lot better when I started to take Viagra, which I take almost all the time for 2 years now, but the problems were still there and even with Viagra, I wasn't able to get a rock solid erection all the time
After 4 weeks I realised that I also need to stop having orgasms. Everything got better, but all the time I had an orgasm, my problems came back. So I stopped and it worked. After 76 days of no PMO, I had my first orgasm ever with a condom inside a pussy after 25 years. I came really fast, I guess after 2-5 minutes.
BUT I wasn't able to maintain a full erection. After 2-3 minutes I felt how my erection decreased (really just a little bit, I was still able to have sex, just not with a rock hard erection), whereas getting an orgasm (with a condom) was pretty easy (but my dick wasn't 100% hard. I also have to say that I just decided to come, because I was afraid of losing my erection completely).
I have to admit, I'm really confused, because my DE is gone, but my ED is still there (whereas MUCH lower, compared to 3 month ago. I wasn't even able to have sex with a condom for more than 10 seconds). How is that possible? I actually thought it would probably be the other way around.
My questions:
Should I stop having sex and orgasms again, if yes, for how long?
If no, should I avoid orgasm?
I also think about taking Viagra again (without having orgasms). I couldn?t find something refering to if it would set me back.
Tim
P.S.: I get morning woods and spontaneous erections frequently and my libido is high.
