hey guys im 20 years old, im new in the forums, i have watched porn for quite a while, had some relationships in between half of the times, in some cases had some problems getthing an erection, its very strange because sometimes i dont get one at all and sometimes i get one its not that hard in the beginning, but good enough to start with and becomes harder over time, so its probably some mild ed, so i quit porn for like 2/3 months now(i didnt actually count) and yesterday i just masterbated without porn, doest this count as a relapse?

I think it's a relapse because if the goal is to abstain from any PMO and you masturbate; Even if you didn't use porn, your brain still hasn't fully rewired and you've agitated the process. The best analogy I've heard of going cold-turkey is being similar to a cut/wound. Your'e cut will heal inevitably but if you keep picking at it, you'll slow down the process and it won't heal as well.
