Has anyone had an experience with a counselor or psychiatrist where you discuss your physical, emotional stress and they say it's not as bad as you think, or ins some cases even recommend more masturbation? (without porn). It's tough because deep down I know this hell is part of the rocess and it can't be normalized until my brain re balances. Even infrequent pmo'ng (maybe once every month) causes severe distress and physical deficiency. I believe we have to stay strong and maybe even teach these doctors a thing or two. Even if there is a psycho somatic component, porn is just destructive. Better off without it
