I am really bored, although I were free of porn in last 77 days but I can't understand how should I balance my sexual energy, how should I satisfy my need to sex! because I didn't found anyone who I can have a healthy relationship with, I don't think it will be possible to not to see porn, not masturbate and not have sex! I mean if I don't watch porn and masturbate so I should fill my lack with sex! but I can't ! I'm afraid that this may draw me to porn again...! even masturbation doesn't bring any bit of satisfaction to me i feel worse after doing it! I feel exhausted... I don't know what to do! unless I be a monk!!!

You could explore other ways of expending sexual energy, through exercise and meditation. After a full day of work and a heavy kick boxing session I'm way too exhausted and relaxed to care about watching porn.
