I really dont know, but I have a weird fetish of my own. Mine developed in my late 20s cuz i needed a more extreme porn to help get me hard. Now the longer I go without porn, the less I want to see my fetish of choice. Now when i have a craving for porn i just wanna see plain old porn now. It sounds like there is a lot more to it then you posted. If your not ready to spill it all just yet that is ok. But we are all here to help each other so when your comfortable to tell more go for it, there is no judgment here! But as you cut out the porn the longer you go without it the less you will want it. When you do get a craving for it, after not seeing it for a while you will not be craving your fetish but just regular porn. Again this is just my experiance, but I hope this helps.
