First day of No porn out of 7

Hello guys,

Today I'm gonna start my journey to No porn.
I really like this idea of no porn as it is good for me.
I definitely can see only advantages in this as I ve tested it in the past and it gave tremendous opportunities.
For the moment I will start for only one week and adapt after.
Let see if I can manage 1 week.

Yeah man it's sweet if you can go one week. If you fail though don't give up, just get back up and keep going.

It's gonna be worth it, so just stay with it
