Before I even mention it guys, I'm sure you have all guessed, a new thread and.. another relapse!  :(

At least I got to ten days this time, so it's a could little starting point. The thing that catches me out the most is the urges, there so annoying.  :mad: 
My short term goal was to make it to New Year with no PMO on Hard Mode. Unfortunately, I have failed this, but of course, I'm starting right back up again.  :)
My new short term goal is to go until New Year again. That's only two days, but hopefully if I can get them out of the way, and I can fall back on the right page again. Of course, the long term goal is to quit porn for good and never look back at that again.

I've decided it's a good thing to set some other goals so I'm not focusing on porn and curing my issues from it.

Here are some of my goals starting from tomorrow and in to the New Year.

- Quit Porn
- Regain Full Erectile Function/Cure PIED
- Try And Get Rid Of Anxiety And Improve Confidence
- Keep On Training Hard In My Sports (Soccer & Tennis)
- Improve Good Habits (Bed At A Good Time, Read More, Lift Some Weights, Good Hygene, Confidence, Diet.)

Thanks to you guys to for everyone that has followed my threads and been so supportive, I really appreciate it. I'm really trying to make this my final push now for curing this!

Let's go!  :D  And lets say NO to porn together.

Hey man, those sound like sweet goals. I'm working on every goal you mentioned, so just remember your not alone and that others are struggling with you.

I Am trying so hard no to slip up, and it's only been about a week, and yeah the urges are so annoying. Anyways man keep it up cuz it's worth it. Keep me posted

Nice lil streak you got going there Robert20! I had some serious urges today but somehow I didn't do anything and kept my streak intact. Hope your weekend was solid, keep it going!

Congrats on nailing 1 week Robert20! The 1 Week mark is often the hardest so feel great about yourself. I'll see you there after tonight as well, now let's make sure both of us get to 2 weeks! :)

You're going to be overthinking like crazy now, the best thing you can do now is not think about PMO at all, reset the counter, take a breather and relax. It's not the end of the world by a long shot.
