Before I even mention it guys, I'm sure you have all guessed, a new thread and.. another relapse!
At least I got to ten days this time, so it's a could little starting point. The thing that catches me out the most is the urges, there so annoying.
My short term goal was to make it to New Year with no PMO on Hard Mode. Unfortunately, I have failed this, but of course, I'm starting right back up again.
My new short term goal is to go until New Year again. That's only two days, but hopefully if I can get them out of the way, and I can fall back on the right page again. Of course, the long term goal is to quit porn for good and never look back at that again.
I've decided it's a good thing to set some other goals so I'm not focusing on porn and curing my issues from it.
Here are some of my goals starting from tomorrow and in to the New Year.
- Quit Porn
- Regain Full Erectile Function/Cure PIED
- Try And Get Rid Of Anxiety And Improve Confidence
- Keep On Training Hard In My Sports (Soccer & Tennis)
- Improve Good Habits (Bed At A Good Time, Read More, Lift Some Weights, Good Hygene, Confidence, Diet.)
Thanks to you guys to for everyone that has followed my threads and been so supportive, I really appreciate it. I'm really trying to make this my final push now for curing this!
