my second attempt going for seven day.(NO PMO)

yesterday lost the plot to Pmo.
this is my second attemp
set a goal of seven days and gradually going to increase it.

one new thing have installed to divert my mind

so i resumed my aquarium hobby ,have put the internet amount in it.
wanna concentrate on it and divert my mind.
