Gambit, I'm on day 24, so we are close in the journey. Hang in there buddy! Before reboot, I would lose my erection really fast if I changed position too much, but especially standing up. I think this is pretty normal for PIED. However, from what I understand, at our stage in the process, we really shouldn't be worrying about erections or even having them. The point is to let your body rest from touch and all sex thoughts so that the brain can start to renew itself and reorient itself towards something other than porn or porn thoughts. So, if youre rubbing yourself until you get a boner and then standing up to see if it stays hard or not, I think you are probably just torturing yourself. Gentlemen, correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't he just be letting his dick lay quiet for a few more weeks? I'd like the answer too (I'm no expert, but I have been reading all about this process).
My process has been to basically banish all triggers and thoughts about sex. I don't even grab my dick reflexively when I sleep or watch TV or anything. If I get morning wood, that is totally on it's own. I had one wet dream that happened when I was asleep. I'm hoping this all comes back naturally and the more I think about it and get anxious, the harder it is. Thoughts?
