Porn in my mind

I have now been without porn or masturbation for four days and although I know this is not a long time I still have images of porn that I have viewed in the past or that my brain makes up in an instant flashing through my head.
How do I prevent this or is it something that you cannot prevent or don't need to. Just the slightest showing of a little more bare thigh than normal on a woman walking down the street can start my mind fantasising in depth stories of a sexual nature, or watching a storyline in a TV movie or drama and turning it into a story of sexual excess with vivid images of hardcore porn.
I'm wondering if this is a bad thing does anyone else have this problem and if so how did you eradicate it.

You're on your early stages of reboot. You just have to give your brain some rest, and quit porn. With time, and effort, you'll be fine. Did you notice how porn damages your brain, and your perception of people?

Somebody on another forum (think it was brainrebalanced) was talking about No Arousal (NoA) method. It sounds extreme and may or may not be the right way to go about things but he talked about how this kind of imagery can flood your thoughts from simply walking down the street. It does not give your addiction rest mentally even though no PMO gives it a rest physically.
The NoA includes looking away from cute girls on the street, diverting your attention to the ground; basically looking away whenever there is something that can flare up those mental pathways, on TV, websites etc.

Thank you both for your incites, I am starting to realise that I need to read a lot more material from other posters on the forum and maybe take something from their experiences.
I have just seen a couple of videos from Gary Wilson and am ploughing through the forum, once again thanks for your replies.
