jelqing, kegels, & stamina practice during a reboot?

I don't really know where to put this post, but this seemed like the best place from what I could tell.

For the last few months, before I joined this site and found YBOP, I was doing a ton of kegels, and I would usually do them to P, because it would motivate me to actually do them.  I was doing around 200 3-5 ct reps, followed by about 10 1-2 min reps.  I was feeling really strong.  Now since the reboot, because I've not wanted to look at anything P related, I have not been doing kegels.

I also have been heavily involved in jelqing and stretching my cock for a while now, and found that this really helps to give me more full erections.  When I was heavily into jelqing and kegels, I usually had no problems getting hard, but when I was more lax, it would be more difficult.

I think this is because of the PIED syndrome, but I only know that now, looking backwards.

About 3 times per week, I would M but not to P, and only in order to work on my stamina.  I would focus on moving my sexual energy around in my body and on squeezing my PC muscle in order to delay O for as long as I wanted.

So, my question is, is anyone else into kegels and jelqing/stretching, and stamina practice?  And if so, how do you include it into your reboot?

Well, I have engaged in Kegels in the past, but I'm currently not dokng them consistently because I very often forget to do them. I don't think doing Kegels is a bad idea for the reboot. With regards to masturbation, yes, it can slow down the process a little bit but I found that my mastubation frequence dropped from 3-4 per week to every time I can't stand the sexual tension (for me, that's around every 10 or 11 days). If you're plannjng on going hardmode, then avoid P, M and O. But if you simply want to eliminate porn from your life (like me), then a jerk-off when your body is asking for a release should do no harm.

Thanks The320Pilot for your input.

I've decided I will not M to O at all, anymore, period, just because it's been a part of my past so much, that I think it's asking for problems.  Having been through a molestation and having dealt with M and P for so long and having it tied to that, I feel this is something that is right for me.

However, I would still like to M to increase my stamina and not O (which is possible, as I had been doing it for a while).  That said though, it takes weekly practice in both kegels and moving energies around and breathing to get to that point.  Since I have not been doing kegels in about 2 weeks now, I know for sure that if I did M, I would not be able to not O due to not having a strong enough PC muscle anymore, not to mention not practicing breathing and moving energies around.

This is not about releasing tension at all, it's more about just making myself a better man, by being able to satisfy a woman more - that's the goal of this, not to release tension.
