Having these problem, starting reboot, looking for advice.

Hi there. I'm glad I researched these problems, and it is astounding to me that just getting off to porn would do so much damage to oneself. But I could really use some help.

I'm 25 and just had sex for the first time recently. I couldn't finish and lost my hardon a ways into it. I chalked it up to still being a bit drunk. Last week we had sex again, and the same problem. I had researched a bit before this time, and told her I think my brain has some problems, and I need to fix it. Even with that said, when I couldn't finish and lost my hardon, she got upset and thought it was her fault or something. Which is not true, and it made me feel like shit.

I also seem to have gotten a UTI from...her or something else. Not sure. So that's kind of helping my reboot, as I don't want to touch myself down there at the moment anyway.

I've been masturbating to porn for a long ass time. Sometimes 3 times a day. I don't know all your terms, but I've seen "deathgrip" thrown around, and I assume I've got that problem as well. As pussy didn't even feel THAT great to me compared to my hand. And I KNOW that's not how that's supposed to work.

So I assume I'm just supposed to stop porn and masturbating? To be honest, the latter seems much more difficult. But I do notice lack of morning wood and such, so I assume I've done something down there.

Also this is unrelated, but I had to overcome this problem a few years ago called Prone Masturbation. Just wondering if anyone else suffered this problem and had to fix themselves on that front too. You can read about it here: http://www.healthystrokes.com/

So with that, the UTI, the porn addiction, not getting off in a girl. Feel kind of crappy. Like maybe my body wanted me to stay a virgin or something. Everyone's fixable, right? A little mental support would help a little too.

Thanks for reading my long story! : )

First of I would like to welcome you to the community!

It's great you found this site, I would like to recommend you to visit yourbrainonporn.com and read a lot of articles there as they provide a lot of good information on the subject.
Also reading journals/success stories can help motivate you as you may find some similarities.

Keep in mind that porn can indeed be the problem, it can also be anxiety but giving a reboot a try is never bad and really recommendable.

Some personal advice, I truly loved the e-book, it's really worth the effort even if that would mean you only read about 2 pages per day.

I hope you will enjoy your stay here through good and bad times.

Cheers
