Just tying to get some feedback on ed drugs and how often they help with this problem. I have not found them to help me much at all which I find surprising because I can get an erection and usually penetrate no problem and usually even last a good bit. But the erections just aren't 100% and sensation sucks. I would think the drugs would get me to that next level but I can't say I see much difference

From what I have read, the ED drugs are a crapshoot when it comes to people with PIED. Some people say they don't work at all. For me, they have worked for 7 years very very well but starting not to work as well now. Also, generally speaking and putting PIED aside, there is a small percentage of men (I think like 10%) that ED drugs do not work. Also, for whatever reasons, for some men certain ED drugs work better than others. So if you decide you want to use ED drugs to help you get back in the swing of things after or even during your reboot, and one ED drug doesn't work, then try antoher. For example, Cialis used to be my spinach (used to last for days and huge erection) but now it is nto working as well. Viagra still does the trick for me very well though and I have not tried Levitra but I hear that is actually the strongest. Understand though that the goal is to have great successful sex without these drugs at all so I think these can just be used to get the confidence up once the reboot is complete. Hope this helps
Gambit. Thank you so much for response. I have been using cialis with I think some response. I wish I could say my erections were huge or super rigid using it but that isn't the case. I've used the others but basically found the same. You say you have been using them for 7 yrs. are you struggling with pmo during that time ?
Simbo, I have been a way too frequent pmoer since I was 21 (I ma now 32) when my life started getting really stressful with work and graduate school. I had PIED for first time when I was 24. Ddint know what the hell was wrong with me since a found ybop and this website a few months ago. Since age 24, I have been using Cialis and I guess I am lucky that it worked for me and gave me enormous erections for nearly a week. However, my PIED never prevented me from getting an ereciton - i was able to get partial and then the Cialis kicked in. That is why i think it worked for me. However, Now it doesn't really work that well unfortunately but Viagra works for me still. I am doing the reboot now so I wont have to rely on ED drugs. I also have DE from PMOing so much so I hope to get rid of that too. hope that helps!

So, your experience of not being able to get entirely hard with viagra and cialis is pretty good evidence that your issues stem from your porn use!

ED drugs are not only prescribed for "the old lol" or even physical problems, it is also prescribed for performance anxiety and other mental blockages. It doesnt work with stone cold PIED but it works for most other things.

And, barring you have a severe and rare problem, ED drugs are for older people. They were specifically designed to combat erectile dysfunction in relation to aging.
