180 days in - Problems right now

So I try to keep it short.. I started No PMO back in July.. since then my life changed to it's best. Doing great in my job (professional athlete), found a new GF, overall feeling better. I'm 21 years old and the reason Istarted that hole thing was because I thought I might have PIED, because I couldn't get hard back at the age of 16 with a girl. I was a virgin until I met my current GF which was about 90 days in the Reboot. I havent watched any Porn, or masturbated or orgasmed during this period. There were about 2 times I couldn't get hard with her - I blamed that one because I was so unexperienced and she's not. Fast Forward another 90 days, still together with that Girl but I now failed 3 times in a row to keep an errection when it comes to sex. I noticed that I would be hard but I always try to please her first because I cannot that long yet, to make her orgasm from penetration. The Problem the last times were that during that I have always lost the erections and it wouldn't come back after it.. doesn't matter what we tried. And getting hard before wasn't a real problem. I notice as well that right now I don't get that many erection throughout the day than I had before and also morning wood became less frequent (I think). I dont know what's happening right now. I feel tired right now and I train like every day (even if the trainings aren't that hard) but I have 2-4 games every week since August with no longer real breaks in that time. The longest was like 4 days or something like that.

If anyone has any advice I would be happy to hear from you guys  :)

Well, recovery may be tricky. But, I think you workout a lot, and, maybe you need to take a break for several days and see what it gives.
I do workout, but not the way you do. Some days, it's recommended to switch to lazy mode: eating whatever you want, resting a lot, and not doing anything. That will give you peak of "feel good hormones" after too much effort. I recommend starting meditating also. I can't recommend enough.

Good luck mate.

Have you told her about it?

I would let her know.  Girls are very compassionate.  It might even bring your relationship closer, and with her understanding, she'll be willing to try and help you out more!

So much for my early morning humor ;)
To your serious problem: yes, recovery can be tricky. But just like you, I am a little bit worried about the circumstance of your (PI)ED. You say you suffered from ED at the age of 16 because you could not get hard and blamed it on pornography. May I ask at what age you started the heavy consumption and when you noticed your first problems?

It's just...it sounds weird to me that a 16yo suffers from PIED before his first real sex. I do not say that it's not possible, but it sounds alarming to me. The age of 16 is not an age at which it's shameful to still be a virgin. Erection problems at the beginning are completely normal due to all the excitement and, yes, porn can make this worse, because it stimulates emotions like "now it's FINALLY going to get REAL!", followed by questions like "what if it cannot live up to my expectation? Or HERS?". But at your age a 90 days deprivation should be enough to solve the problem. In your case it was 90 + another 90 days? It appears strange to me that you still suffer from ED.

I hate to say this, but I believe porn is not your only problem. Have you seen a doctor? Maybe it could be related to your physical strain. Have you consumed pharmaceuticals as a chemical support to your training (like muscle building supplements?). How about your level of testosterone?

Well I was no PMO'ing for about 84 days, and than I started to O because I had sex with my GF. No problems 95% of the time to get hard. I probably started PMO when I was 13 or 14 until the age 21 with no real sex in that period.  And yes I blamed it all to that one action back when I was 16.. so I may be wrong.. I don't know.  May levels of Testosterone was tested some month ago but for sure within the last 5 months and they were okay. I dont take any illegal drugs to boost my sports performance but I have to take Methotrexate (MTX) due to a rheumatic issue I have since 17. I dont know if that could also have an impact.. I domt think so.
