ok so i've been watching porn a long time now. probably 8- 10 years. been masturbating for 6. have wanted to significantly cut back on both for a while but never had any real success and didn't really care too much .(it's usually 2-4 times a week, don't think I've gone more then 8 or 9 days w/o caving in atleast 6 years and going more then 48 hours is pretty uncommon, and more then 3 -4 days is very rare)
However the past two and a half years i've developed pain in my hands. I've seen several different doctors and all the tests have come back negative and even tried some physical therapy which didn't help. so lately I've been thinking my bad habits (PMO)may have something to do with it. My hands generally feel fine until i start using them for tasks like typing, writing, gaming , using a mouse or touch screen and taking time away from those things would help, which led me to believe it was a repetitive strain problem but over the past few years i've cut way back on those things with no improvement.
So I'm just wondering if any of you guys have experienced or heard of something similar to my case? Like I said above, haven't really gone without PMO for extended amount of time so it's very difficult to say if it is indeed the cause of my pain. I am seriously trying to cut back now on PMO, so I'll see what happens.
