Stop P or Stop PMO? What's more effective?

Hey.

So I was thinking.
If I have a ED problem caused by heavy porn use.
Should I stop watching P or should I stop P M and O during my reboot session?

The problem is that my brain just doesn't get enough satisfaction by physical contact or seeing real girls anymore right.
So I definitely buy the logic that erasing porn from my system is a great way to start.

And stopping M & O on the same time could perhaps help too. Or does it?
Considering that you M very little / month and do not think of porn / models. Just real girls that you've been with or perhaps nothing at all.
Or you try have sex til you O with your girlfriend.

Shouldn't this help you overcome your ED problem?
Making your brain more comfortable with real life events and erasing the fakes.
Instead of erasing the fakes and avoiding the real life.

On the other hand, I completely buy the whole thing about M & O addiction only to get that dopamine effect which is completely wrong too. But when I'm talking about M & O in this case I don't refer to you only want to relieve stress or something, but because you are truly sexually aroused.

I know nothing. I'm just trying to start a discussion and get tips.
What do you guys know and what are your experiences?
Is stopping just P more effective or is erasing the entire PMO better?
Why?

Thanks. I've read there though.

I was just interested to hear about other opinions and more specifically experiences about
quitting P and continously dating girls (including O and M only if sexually aroused) vs quitting PMO completely and therefore also in my opinion avoiding girls.
