Going down a slippery slope

So I have made 90 days last Friday and I PMO'ed, which I was not happy about.  The scary part is I relapsed today and feel terrible.  Now I know making 90 days is a great accomplishment, but I still had ED at the end of this time period.  I thought one slip up was OK, but it has brought the urges back.  They were not this bad during my first 90 days.  I am worried that I maybe slipping back into old habits.  Any ideas if it is bad that I have PMO'ed once today and three times last Friday?  I don't want to lose any progress I have made during this time period.

I don't think you have wasted or lost the benefits of eliminating porn for 90 days, although it can certainly feel like that when you have had a recent relapse and your recent experience with porn is still in your head, etc..  I think you will lose the gains you made with 90 days of abstinence only if you keep going back to it.  It  can indeed be a slippery slope, as you acknowledge, but you do not lack complete control.  So start a new 90 days tomorrow, and put your relapse behind you.  You did it once; you can do it again.

Whether you relapse or not you have still gone 90 days porn free so far, there is no way that using porn a few times undoes all of your progress, just keep the tally going. The fact that you still noticed ED after 90 days isn't surprising, some people take 2 to 4 times as long as that to be cured. Congrats on 90 days.

There is no definite answer.  90 days is an arbitrary number.  It's just to give people a goal to look forward to.  It's like not 90 days has passed and you should magically just be OK.  It's different for everyone.  Don't worry if you've "messed things up".  Just keep going!!!  Every day is a new day.  Don't worry about the days, this "reboot" is about changing your mindset on sex/women.  If you can do this, you'll be porn free.  If you're just counting the days, then it's a better chance of relapsing.
