Masturbation Grip of Death

So during my research of why i have been suffering from DE i came across this Masturbation Grip of Death(MGD). Apparently it could be a cause for DE according to some of the sites i have been surfing . There were all kind of tips in how to overcome this and i followed some of them with various degrees of success,

So what do you guys think of this Grip of Death Syndrome and how real is it? Also, were the results i got a product of the placebo affect or are they legit?

I am in the midst of a full reboot now so hopefully it will rewire my brain completely, but in the past i was convinced that i only suffered from MGD and was wondering what your guys take on the whole thing...

I think that it makes sense, but in my case only abstaining from porn has made me capable of ejaculating with a woman.

Abstention, relaxation and time.

It wouldn't be also senseless to recommend a diet high in good fats (eggs, red meat, cheese, dairy etc.) and some HIIT and heavy weights lifting. After a session, I feel that I'm fired up in my pants.
Since the problem is in the brain, some activities are known to increase dopamine receptors, thus, sensitivity to pleasure.
I did cold showers, HIIT, weight lifting, intermittent fasting and high fat diet (to optimize hormones), and they worked.

These are just suggestions. Good luck.

As leram said, get moving!
Exercise your whole body not just your wanking hand and cock. Release endorphins from exercise, not a dribble of jizz from your cock.
Find a good excersie regimen and stick to it and youll see se great results.

Yea taking your guys' advice in stride!

I have been working out for about 5 months now almost daily, doing a lot of HIIT exercises and lots of stamina and wight lifting. Also, been playing Sunday Football (or soccer) almost weekly.

Feeling great but this week was a downer as i got down with the flew and have net been able to do any of the above, getting back tomorrow though.

This blog will tell you everything. I did ultra cold showers in the midst of the winter, and, I never fell ill. Anything that stresses your body makes it stronger whether it's fasting, HIIT, weight lifting, or even pushing your will power beyond. I've been doing all of the above for two years, and, results are impressive. I became better on almsot every area of my life.
