Starting Over

Hi Everyone,

I am member of this forum for a month now, and already started over but didn't get the chance to write my journal. Well about me I am 32 yr old married with a kid. I started having ED issue last year, before that I never had any problem during relationship. Btw I am with my partner for last 4 years now.

My addiction goes back to age 16 or 17 when I started watching internet porn, and overtime never able to stop the craving also to mention masterbating. Even after marriage I was unable to abstain from my addiction. I suppose i never realised that slowly I started to find my partner less attractive. Last year I had problem having intercourse with my partner, so I went to see my GP after building up lot of courage to accept that I may have a health problem and so my GP had my blood test and said all Ok. I suppose I thought I might be suffering from performance anxiety or due to stress at work. A year went by and sex experience started to turn into a nightmare. So I went to see my GP again and he had me blood tested again and confirmed that my testosterone levels are actually better than last year (still normal, not low). And he said I dont see any reason why you are having ED. He recommended me to take Cialis 5mg, which I have started taking on every occasion. It works & my GP said it's good that I am responding to the tablet. He suggested I should try intercourse sometimes without tablet and see how it goes, if you are not happy then I will recommend you to Urologist.
So I searched and searched and found links talking about PIED and it all made sense all of sudden. That I might be going through same problem, although I wasn't regularly watching porn but once every 1 or 2 days.
So I have promised myself start of this year that I will not watch anymore porn or any other webs. So far so good, I have not watched any except few cravings I am doing fine. I just hope that I do not have any health related ED problem and this actually work...

Its' been almost 4 weeks, and I am hopping to feel difference soon, may be in March if not February. By the way most difficult part is when TV shows or Movies start to show lots of skin or the hot girls in it :(

Thanks everyone for reading this. Any suggestions welcome.

More than a month now, Last week was quite tough as the mind plays the game that a quick browse will not do any harm...but good that I managed without any P+M
However, I still worry about nudity on TV or in Movies which is hard to avoid, or just the hot girls showing lot of skin...Otherwise I think I am moving in right direction and wish to stay like that for ever, wants to be a normal
