After going 35 days or so last time, I started to feel like I was half-assing it. I deciding I would start a second counter, one for MOing, and the other for avoiding P altogether.
However, the confusion in what I wanted to accomplish unintentionally made me relapse. After a while, I started craving the P, and found myself getting off more than once a day. In fact, in the last month, the only times I didn't get off, were because I wasn't alone, or because I had a ton of stuff to do.
The only way I'm going to kick this P habit, and to stop MOing, is to stay busy and active.
My birthday present to myself today: willpower, and a new, focused goal. I want to eliminate as much lust from my life as possible, and also try and eliminate my needing to masturbate and watch porn when I get bored/stressed/etc. No more excuses, just need to "get to work".
Here we go...!
