26 days and a setback

After 26 days I had a setback to porn,mb.  I feel horrible and neurological symptoms off the charts.  I barely have enough focus to type this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I wasn't feeling better after almost a month and scared it might be too late.
It's all back with a vengeance!
