So I made 90 days Jan 24 and Pmo'ed the next day. I felt confident that I was able to do 90 on my first attempt of rebooting. I also thought that my relapse was a minor speed bump. Then I caved again back on Jan 27. Which really shocked me how strong the urges were. I can gladly say I havent Pmo'ed since then. However I have snuck a few peaks at porn videos. My mind has been thinking about sexual situations again. I am shocked how there clearly is an addiction involved. I can say that now almost 10 days later I have most of the urges under control. Did anyone else notice the strength of the relapse? I lost my morning wood erections as well. I hope they come back soon.
