Hey guys,
I've read that the reboot process of healing is longer for young men (teens-20's) than men of older age, something to do with the brain(forgot the exact reasons). My question is I started Masturbating to sexual images at 24 years old. It was around February or March 2014, and i'm 25 years old now(turned 25 in June). So basically i've been masturbating for a year. I'm trying to quit and setting my reboot to 1 year(Feb 17,2016). I'm wondering if that will be enough time for me to heal based on my history, or will 90 days do it. My history of masturbating started with regular porn pictures or video models images and escalated to youtube twerking videos and then to naked twerking videos. Luckily my interests have not extended beyond those triggers. Your thoughts appreciated.
