i lost my appetite and my stomach feels numb, can someone please relate

I only eat because i know i need to. My stomach is bloated and numb "under the skin". Sometimes diarrea and sometimes not.

This is relly driving me crazy and i'm scared. I'm in my day 55.

I lost my appetite for a while as well, i was in italy for a few days and i normally eat like a pig over there but i was struggling to even finish my starter at times which is very unusual.

Everything seems back to normal now but i never felt that numbness that you are talking about.

I suffer from same kinds of things bro. right now , I am suffering from constipation.

this addiction withdrawal, rebooting ,brings lot of painful strange things , this is the reboot process.
you have to go through this pain , to reboot completely ,and kill the bigger pain of porn and masturbation
