I am only aroused when i watch extreme porn videos but even then erections are weak. Girls in real life do nothing for me, rather creepily i find myself scanning around looking for that one girl in the mall who might arouse me but i feel nothing. I can't remember feeling anything for real girls ever actually, i have considered the idea that i might be asexual but i really doubt it.

Could i simply have a hormone imbalance or medical issue of some kind? or does this sound like a normal case of porn addiction?

BTW what confuses me is if i have got porn addiction and i get rewired to real girls then will i also be rewired to simple pics of hot girls too?

It sure sounds to me like PIED.  But it would not hurt to get checked by a doctor.

Simple pics of hot girls is a porn substitute.  Porn substitutes are incompatible with rewiring. It is the equivalent of alcoholics drinking lite beer.

How long have you been at it and has there been a progression to these extreme vids? 

Ditch the vids, wanking, pics and everything else for a month (I'm only 21 days in) and then compare it to this posting.  I know the issue I had was the porn and wanking, it was getti g boring and wasn't working but the break is fixing it all.

Think about this  you manage to land a chick and it doesn't work.  That is not a option and it can't be, stop jerking and building insane expectations and your tool will.work.
