Nothing too intense or formal here, this post is just for my own motivation (whether I get responses or not).
As you can see, I have been free of PMO for about a week now after having a relapse when my wife was away for a few days. Well, she is away again, and I feel this is a second chance to prove to myself that I can resist PMO when she is not here to help me. That's pretty much it, and I really don't plan on resetting my meter on the account of her not being here! Good luck to you all you are home alone, and bored or tired. Let's do this!
