Porn Addiction Leads to me relapsing on drugs

I thought it was only my addiction to going to the strip club or going to the casino, both which I would do obsessively, that would make it so easy to relapse on narcotics.

But my experience has been no matter how hard I tried in my recovery in AA, I would always relapse after 1-4 months.

I found this website, went to my first SLA meeting last week, and watched Gabe's video on rebooting.

Today I am going to start rebooting.  Day 1 for me.

Thank you so much for something like this, I've needed some help in gaining long term sobriety from narcotics and I definitely have sex/porn addiction.

Happy you have found RN, especially if you feel you have a problem with PMO.

I would really recommend creating a journal! They help to keep track of your progress, document your results and provide some accountability to yourself and others.

The best piece of advice I could give you is probably to start looking http://yourbrainonporn.com/. Its a really good website with lots of useful information. Half of beating any addiction is knowing what your up against so give it a shot and start reading!
