I find facebook is a massive trigger. I scroll down for hours, telling myself I'm looking for something funny or interesting but really I'm looking for hot pictures. When I can't find them, I go on pages of hot girls i know which then leads to fapping and photo shop. I store them in the recycling bin on my desktop along with a private video my ex sent me when we were together. After making the decision to try reboot, I'm gonna delete all of it along with photo shop. Although this isnt porn, when i get to the point where the pictures dont do it anymore I search for videos of similar looking girls and the next thing I know im watching porno after porno again. Gonna end this now to stop the temptation.
