How common is it not to heal?

So I've been reading some topics and I found out there are actually quite a lot of people with PIED who are finding a hard time healing or haven't really been making progress after staying away from porn for quite a long time.

So what do you guys think?
Does everyone heal?
And what percentage of all the people with PIED won't heal at all?

I'm a bit optimistic that I will heal due to experiences in 2012 but I have had my doubts. Every single time I've had some kind of sexual encounter I have had only a limited erection. I'd also mentally horny but I never got any reaction down there by just talking, watching, chatting etc.
