My ex (with which I am currently friends with benefits) suggested watching porn together and then banging, but I feel like it's not a good idea. I would be rock hard and be able to fuck the soul out of her, but the erection would not be the healthy kind. She knows about my problem and she agreed on this.

I've been porn-free for 112 days now. The idea is kind of scary and also kind of stimulating. Not about the porn itself but rather about the perspective of having that 100% hardon from porn, being able to use a condom and then having sex and making her feel it

She clearly doesn't care about how hard you've tried to not watch porn.  All she wants is for your dick to get hard.  If she really cared about you at all she would never ask you to watch porn.

If she wants to help you rewire.  Then you two need to spend time in a bed making out/foreplay , she needs to be patience and go slow with you.  Perhaps some of the nights you will only be able to take care of her, etc... Go down on her, finger her... take care of her.. get used to the smell of a women, the feel, etc.... you want these things to turn you on. NOT porn.

I have a girlfriend now that I have successfully rebooted and these attributes of my women turn me on like crazy.  I need no porn, no fantasy or anything.  I just have to look at her, touch her, smell her and it drives me crazy..  You will get to this point as well.

She isn't like that. She didn't press and I didn't tell her about the details of the problem, just that it's connected with porn usage. She was just proposing something kinky without considering the importance of it and I said no
