I have been suffering from low sensitivity ever since i lost my libido a few years ago. The issue is not caused by a lack of vitamins and may not be caused by death grip. The cause is likely in your brain and it is directly related to porn brain changes, once you have rewired to real partners i believe you/we will get a sudden return of sensitivity.

I've been thinking along the same lines. It's all about those neural connections and associations. The ones you don't use (like being with a real woman) get lazy and just turn off. While the ones you do use (like hard core imagery and grabbing your penis like you're trying to throttle an alligator) get more tuned up. One of the videos I watched described the brain as a "use it or lose it" device.

My penis is quite sensitive in my boxers. Not sure how long left until this DG goes.... how are you guys doing? When i relapsed my penis went instantly hard almost barely touching my penis.

I had exactly the same problem as you, OP. I couldn't feel anything inside a vagina at all. I got some ED drugs and tried again and felt nothing for around ten minutes. Literally, using my fingers would have been more fun. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to quit MO, so I can't tell you whether you would recover totally or not.

However, I did quit PMO while continuing to MO for two stretches of around 50 days. Before this, I couldn't finish to softcore porn or to MO without visual stimulation, though I could get an erection to both. After the stretches, I could finish to both, though without visual stimulation, it always took about 20 minutes. So, basically half a reboot changed me from anorgasmia to DE and I suspect a proper reboot would finish the job. I did also do some CBT for typical sexual anxieties, though.

Now, a fleshlight isn't great IMO. Firstly, put two fingers into the front when it's in its case and notice how tight it is. Mine is genuinely tighter than my deathgrip. The rear end is slightly looser, but I think deathgrip is the more minor issue and porn is the more major issue. Besides, fleshlights aren't textured like vaginas internally, they're designed to be super stimulating.

Deathgrip/idiosyncratic masturbatory style is likely contributing, but if you're addicted to porn, I think there's no way they're the only problem. I think you really need to quit PMO and MO for three months and try to finish on your own without visual stimulation. Once you can do that, get a partner and go to sexual therapy if you still have DE and you'll get sorted. If you can't get a partner, do surrogate therapy.

Anorgasmia can be scary because it's reputed to be hard to treat according to books I've read, but most of them were a few years old and it's unclear (and unlikely) the authors tried full abstinence for 90 days like rebooters do, so I think your odds are better than you may think.

Good luck man and keep your chin up,

Hey man, let me start by saying ; you know nothing, Jon Snow.

Ok, now that that's out of the way, let me reassure you. When I had my first (there were many), I couldn't feel a thing, nada ! But with time, abstaining completely from PMO or MO altogether, sensitivity came back (to haunt (don't last long now haha)) me.

You can read about all the complex "science" behind all this, you can obsess over it but at the end of the day there's really nothing you can do about it besides holding off PMO for a while or/and finding a partner willing to go through it with you.

So just take a chill pill, enjoy life and rejoice in your new found penis when it comes out of hiding (and it will, I promise !)

I have the same problem. I am 4 days into abstaining from PMO/MO. I am buying a FL.
I plan to retrain my sensation at the end of each week without O to see if my feeling is more responsive. I will only use the FL for 1 to 2 min with a condom. I will not be using the FL to replace a real Vag. Its a mere training tool instead of my hand. I don't have a porn addiction so this should work for me. Hopefully, a month is all it takes.

For what it is worth I had DE, low sensitivity and ED before reboot. I have been rebooting for 9 months +. My sensitivity has increased and for the first time in my life was able to finish from blowjobs and sex. My D was so sensitive after that I had to have her stop sucking. So the reboot has almost cured by DE and sensitivity issues. However, ED still remains but is better and im working on that still. Gluck.
