Stress during nofap?

So doing Nofap recently has been kinda easy, able to go a while but usually relapse occurs. However, I got a job and become very stressed andd anxious and the only way to relieve it was to fap. Does anyone else have the problem when trying to reboot that a sudden surge of stress causes you to break?

Yep,

Stress is a huge reason I would keep relapsing.  Don't allow stress to beat you!! Learn to BEAT stress!  There are tons of other things you can do BESIDES porn to eliminate stress.  You can read a book, work out, hang out with friends, learn a skill like guitar... etc.....  Find anything else that you might be interested in BESIDES porn.
